what a perfect place to have private parties/ large group dinners. The layout of the place is a unique one the moment you walk in. alleys, side rooms and bars packed with people, colorful walls with balconies and galleries supported by columns overlooking the middle courtyard. the open courtyard tables kept warm with heat lamps.
Tasty party style food and a 60oz moron bowl hurricane will keep you happy. i favorited the okra and artichoke hearts served with their calmari and the n.o.l.a. frites.
had a pretty large party come for a cousins bday and everything turned out good. service was quick and everyone was happy

Fun venue, a bit loud for conversation. Easy reservations via Open Table. Margaritas, alligator dumplings, ettouffe and beignets were tasty.

Food are delicious and affordable! I love the Jambalaya and ribs! I've been to Creola and Kingfish to try their Jambalaya but NOLA has the best Jambalaya amongst the 3. Customer service are top notch especially Felipe and Nathaniel! Drinks are awesome! The bread pudding is my favorite desert. Great ambience! I've been a NOLA's customer for 8 yrs now and never fails! Thank you for the great service and excellent Food! Mardi Gras last Tuesday was awesome! I had a great time. Keep up the great Job in meeting customer satisfaction! Congratulations!

Having just come from New Orleans I had big hopes for this place, and while it was tasty, it didn't quite stack up.
The bar scene is probably the best thing it has going. You have to go to the bar first and get a drink, it's a very loud, social scene with tasty mojitos. For dinner we were seated right on time and our server was attentive but not overbearing.
I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was excellent. J had the boneless fried chicken and he was a little underwhelmed. Too greasy.
For dessert we shared the walnut brownie sundae...should have had the beignets. It was fine, but we didn't finish it, not worth the calories after having just devoured our heavy dinners.
Word to the wise: be prepared to be cold. Even though we were seated "inside" it was technically outside, and we froze throughout our meal. There are other places I'd go in Palo Alto before I'd go back to this one for dinner, but I'll be back for drinks for sure!

Great food and great drinks!
Cluck and moo was great, I switched the side to mashed potatoes. Loved it. Also tried the black and beaux ny steak, it was great!.
It's very crowded on weekend nights with 30+ minutes wait, but they do have a great bar to hang out.
