I should start by admitting that I don't eat raw sushi - just the cooked stuff. But this place was really yummy, and made their rolls very differently than other sushi spots in town. Plus the group I went with all ate the raw stuff and were raving about how good it is. I love the location on old Pearl Street, and the ambience and service is great. You are definitely going to pay for it though!

Denver's best in class sushi experience, with the price tag to match. Can be so crowded it's silly.

Some of the best sushi in town for sure. I wish it wasn't as hard to get a table or I would be here more for sure

Yes I am a fan. went there during a recent trip to Denver and was pleasantly surprised! it was a friday evening so the place was packed! I liked that the waiter was ok to sub sushi rolls with sashimi; I also liked the roll without rice - forgot the name :-) great ambiance and crowd. it was fun!

I'm a sushi snob. Austin's Uchi is one of my favorite restaurants, and I've found that locating comparable...well that's not possible...but equally good sushi is difficult.
Sushi Den is a winner. It can get busy, but with good reason. Fantastic, fresh fish, good service, great options for your non-sushi eating friends, and an appealing atmosphere.
Must try: Jalapeno Sashimi.

I love sushi den even though they are a bit expensive and crowded at times. The blackened cod is amazing. The sushi is also great but sometimes I feel they aren't consistent with the rice. Great for a date night because it has a good volume of conversation but no too loud.
